Great stay while transitioning into a new home. Staff was accommodating, the place was clean. Alex handled my stay extension like a rock star. Everything worked, I was comfortable and felt at home.
Excellent place to stay for business Travellers in north east Ohio. Conveniently located in Westlake, which is close to highways, the airport and great restaurants.
The rooms are well equipped but they are definitely tired. This is not a newer facility and it shows, though it appears they are trying diligently. My biggest negative is that as soon as you walk on the elevator or down a hallway it smells horribly like pot. Our room didn't, so we're fortunate. This is supposed to be a non-smoking place.
The GM Alexandria and her staff do everything that they can to see to that the guests visiting are accommodated as best as possible. I have had a quite pleasant experience at the Westlake location. When in town the Extended Stay will be my go to spot.
Came back and my room was super clean I have to apologize for the way I worded some of that it became aggravating at 5 am with out the wrong coffee yet truthful but not grown about it I do apolagize don't know if this was a one time thing or not but I am super satisfied with the alertness to my comment and at how u guys tryed everything to accommodate me thank you! It was steadfast and surprising I will def give u guys another chance I seen hard work I haven't seen in a while since COVID thank u for going above and beyond
Definitely recommend. The staff was welcoming. The only thing we had an issue with was the smell when you go to the elevator from the lobby and the smell of the third floor . Other than that the room was very roomy . We booked the two queen bed with kitchenette
We stayed for 11 months. Sept 2023 to Aug 2024 The only thing I wish is that their upgraded internet was actually worth the money. Other than that Zach (the front desk guy) was amazing. He took care of us from day one. Extremely knowledgeable and professional through our whole stay. Made sure my fiancé's military discount was applied. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal. We were living there - 2 adults 2 dogs and a 5 and 3 year old. - so you can imagine the dog hair and the toddler mess. They never failed to give our room a wonderful weekly refresh. The maintenance guy was wonderful. He always had an amazing attitude and bright demeanor. He took care of anything we found quickly and efficiently. Overall, this hotel was our home for almost a whole year, and while it may be a little cramped for our family, they did an amazing job accommodating. We lefr because Finally saved enough money and elevated our situation enough to get approved for a rental. We now have a home for us, the kids, and the dogs. I was extremely happy with my stay.
We have been staying here since November. The rooms are clean and all the staff is so friendly! The laundry room is hardly ever crowded. The hotel is in a good area, and there's always parking available in the front.
